Natural Portrait Shoot at the East Thuringian Photography Meetup

I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Lianet at the East Thuringian Photography Meetup. Even during our first conversation, I had clear ideas for the photos that I was eager to bring to life. As the day drew to a close, we took advantage of the warm light of the sunset for a spontaneous portrait shoot in an open field.

The tranquil atmosphere, the soft evening light, and the natural surroundings provided the perfect foundation for authentic and emotional portraits.

Natural Charisma & Genuine Emotions

Although Lianet had little prior experience in front of the camera, she immediately impressed with her natural charisma. Calmness, strength, and ease are reflected in every image. These are precisely the qualities that, for me, define a good portrait: personality over perfection.

I place great importance on not over-staging my portraits. Instead of rigid poses, my images emerge from movement, subtle impulses, and genuinely experiencing the moment. In this shoot, too, I deliberately left room for spontaneity and worked selectively with light, perspective, and atmosphere.

This results in honest, vibrant portraits that reveal character and don't appear posed.

Portrait Shoots in Thuringia & Germany-wide

The portrait shoot with Lianet took place in Thuringia, but I also conduct portrait shoots throughout Germany – whether in Jena, Erfurt, Leipzig, Dresden, Halle, or at your preferred location.

Whether outdoors at sunset, in an urban setting, or relaxed at your home: My goal is to create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable and authentic images are captured.
