I'm Basti, your photographer from Jena – working in Thuringia and throughout Germany.
I work calmly, attentively, and with a keen sense for people, animals, and situations. Depending on the shoot, I either provide targeted guidance or deliberately allow space for natural moments. This results in images that appear authentic yet are professionally composed.
Whether you're in front of a camera for the first time or already have experience, it doesn't matter. What's important to me is that you feel comfortable – because that's exactly what will show in the photos. A photo shoot should be relaxed and feel good.
Therefore, the process is designed to be clear, calm and transparent – without time pressure and without hectic activity.

We'll discuss your desired photoshoot, possible dates, and any questions you may have.
Appointment and preparation
Once a date has been set, you will receive information about clothing, location, and preparation. This way you know what to expect and can prepare in a relaxed manner.
The photo shoot
During the shoot, I work calmly and attentively. I give clear, gentle instructions while simultaneously allowing space for natural situations.
Image selection and editing
After the photoshoot, all images will undergo basic optimization. You will then receive a personal selection gallery from which you can choose your favorites.
After you've made your selection and received payment, I will carefully and thoroughly edit the chosen images. You will then receive the finished photos in high quality.
